As a doula I have experience from natural unmedicated labor support to emotional and physical support for epidural and planned C-section births. However you choose to bring your blessing into this world I will do my best to listen and honor your wishes to provide best birthing experience for you and your baby. I have two littles of my own that occupy a lot of my time day to day. In my free time if i’m not helping a birthing mama, I spend going on walks or adventures with my husband and children. Family quality time is my favorite past time. I also enjoy baking, working out, and crocheting. Love a good coffee shop and food trucks are my weakness.
